"4% credit card fee? I don't have the time to sort out that cost above and beyond insurance and co-pay. really not a good practice. they suggested I Venmo them or pay cash. then the office charges a late fee for appointment cancelled with over 24 hours notice. they have a 24 hour notice as a policy listed on website. but office says 48 is the real policy. bogus. I talked to them, and they still charged it anyway. what a pain."

"I called the Orthopedic and Rehabilitation Center at 5616 N. Western Ave, Chicago to ask a simple question about insurance coverage. The experience was very disappointing. The woman who answered the phone was slow to respond, pausing for long periods of time, to the point where I had to keep saying "hello" to make sure she was still there. She explained that there isn't even a doctor available at this location unless you make an appointment first. Before scheduling, they require you to give them your insurance information so they can decide what will or won't be covered, how much your deductible is, etc. This left me with the impression that they care more about insurance details than actually helping patients. It felt unprofessional, unorganized, and not patient-friendly at all. If you are looking for an orthopedic office where you can get direct answers and proper care, I would recommend looking elsewhere."

"I'm visiting this place from 2021 ,doctor Levy is fantastic,he preforms five surgeries on me and did great job,can't thank him enough.
