"Someone called me the morning of my appointment and said I needed a referral after I made the appointment approximately 2 weeks ago. Later on right before my appointment someone else from the office wanted to confirm my appointment and she told me I didn't need a referral. Once I got to the office, the woman at the front desk said I needed one. I explained that my insurance doesn't require a referral. She then stated that no one would have called me saying I didn't need a referral because it's my first visit as if I were lying....I walked out! Didn't even see the doctor...totally unprofessional!"

"I did an MRI and I ask the Doctor about the results she couldn't read also she put something like injection needles on back with out explaining or telling me the process I told her stopped please I will not recommend that please and the staff are very rude all off them."

"Poor treatment, bedside manner..etc i was 8 minutes late and was told the doctor could not see me because je was leaving for vacation...after more than an hour commute?? wow"
