"After first-ever knee surgery was a little skeptical why PT was needed since i was familiar with exercising and working out on my own. But, I was so wrong. As the days went by i had so many questions regarding where i should expect to be after 2, 4, 8, weeks of recovery etc. How far could i push myself without doing further damage ? They helped answer all questions and provided so many valuable exercises to strengthen my knee. Very happy with all the phys therapists I worked with at Athletico: Rohini, Abby, Cassidy, and Jean. Even though i was ahead of schedule i ended up extending a few weeks because i was interested in getting back to same level of cycling, running, etc. I would strongly recommend the team at this location for your recovery needs.
