"This location in particular is very special. It has a warm family feel as soon as you walk through the door. Every staff member is welcoming and kind! I worked with both Alex and Morgan, who were knowledge as well as encouraging. My husband also followed me to this location after hearing how much I loved it there and worked with Morgan. We both felt extremely comfortable and well cared for throughout our individual recoveries. My husband gained his confidence back going to the gym after a very scary fall and concussion with all of Morgan's help and encouragement! Throughout my personal recovery from surgery, I was out of work for several months and unable to do my regular life activities. Seeing Alex and Morgan three times a week for months was sometimes the only true socialization I got outside of the house. Their positivity and encouragement made me excited to go, even on the tougher days when recovery felt difficult. They are more than just their job titles, they really do it all! It wasn't just injury recovery they did for me, Morgan and Alex really helped both my husband and I through some really tough real life struggles that humans go through during a recovery with genuine care, understanding, and a judgement free space. They got to know us on a personal level and showed deep care for getting us to where we wanted to be before discharge. They focus on the WHOLE person and we are forever grateful for all they did and the amazing, welcoming, uplifting environment we stepped into every single session."
