"Great people! I'm recovering from multiple fractures of bones in both feet. There's also balance issues and other things that seniors face. MedStar's physical therapy at Federal Hill was the perfect starting point for me, getting me going with a varied, challenging workout routine. My physical therapist was Connor Thomann and after several weeks, I believe I'm on the right path. I'm working muscles I've long forgot about.
