"Only because zero isn't an option. Too big to care about patients. My brother has been in so much pain he can't move, drive, sleep or do much else. As his healthcare agent I have watched him be promised multiple calls that never came so I went to the office in person yesterday around noon to get the appointment scheduled since he is due to fly out for Christmas a little over a week from now. I was told by the office manager that the pre-authorization manager would be contacted and the matter expedited and to expect a phone call so I could then contact BCBS/CareFirst. No surprise a day and a half later no call and nothing received by BCBS. Called again today and was promised a callback and it never happened either. His appt is Wed...which is now almost certain not to happen because there is no urgency and no one cares about patients...just quitting time. Speaking of which, I dropped by the office again today which is posted online and on the door as closing at 5PM and as of 425PM it was locked and deserted. He can just suffer for all they care. Go to a smaller practice that has people who care about their jobs and their patients. With a large chain you are a number and expendable since there will be another to take your place. Pathetic excuse for a healthcare orovider."

"There is always a long wait time once you're brought into the rooms. Not to mention every single time I'm there the secretaries ignore you and lack to tell you that you owe copays and go straight to sending bills. The front staff has never been friendly and I've been going here for years. They also kept using my inactive insurance when specifically told the new insurance information for a procedure scheduling, so it had to be cancelled twice. The doctors are great, however."

"Dr.Foo did not bother showing up for our telehlth appt at 10:00am. After multiple calls and texts no one could seem to understand why or explain to me he was running late. I sat looking at my email from 9:15am til 10:30am. Only to hear hey can you do 4 today? I would have been a first time patient but now after being treated this way, I have no intentions of ever using this center. To say I'm disgusted in an understatement. Ashley I know you did your best just a shame your doctors treat patients this way and you have to apologize on their behalf!"

"Best experience I've ever had with physical therapy Chris and Felicity are very caring passionate and knowledgeable the aim to fix your issues they are very involved with the treatment. The other darkhaired young lady was very helpful as well wish I could remember her name. Overall my experience has been remarkable and continues to be thank you to the staff keep healing with compassion we need more people like you guys (people who care)"

"Dr. For was very good and professional. His procedures brought me relief. The staff at the Glen Burnie office are very unprofessional. They will make you wait while they deal with personal issues. They told me I was 100% covered for the procedures that were done to my back. A month later I received two bills for $426 each! They were NOT cover as I was told. Now I have a bill for almost $900 that I can not pay. I have reached out to the billing department with no response. This place is a joke. Always overcrowded, no privacy when checking in or out or if you have to speak about a private issue. The staff up front are the worse I have ever dealt with. They need to learn some professionalism and how to look up to see if a patient is covered before they state that they are. Will NEVER recommend this place to anyone."

"I bring my elderly dad here. They treat him well every visit. They have handicap parking, automatic doors, elevators, pharmacy and easy parking access for the patients."
