I've already noticed improvements in her strength and mobility, and she enjoys going to her sessions. The facility is clean and well-equipped, which adds to the positive atmosphere. "Nice, clean facility. Staff are courteous and seem to know their material. It was frustrating that my online account/chart wasn't updated with the new exercises which my PT gave me. I tried the various phone numbers and the app to get the exercises, but those lead nowhere. My online account/chart wasn't updated until after I had cancelled all my upcoming appointments. I may try them again at some point in the future. Thank you."
