"Worst Place Ever I am here now just had major surgery on my left knee the fourth one the first week I was here They put me to bed bleeding really bad They didn't have my medication the first three days and then today June 7, 2024. This is the third time they have ran out of my pain medication, the food here is so terrible. My Dog wouldn't eat it. You have to Order out or ask family to bring you something I lose 26lbs 3 weeks here due to jail like food The charge nurse Julie Rodriguez Hall 1# told me pretty much to screw off when I brought up the fact that this was the 3rd time They have screwed up mine medication their pharmacies is 2 hours away if you care about your loved ones do not send them here. They gonna come out way worse then when they got here. A lot of patients health declines here and they have to be sent to the hospital. I've been here for 62 days. Only thing that's great here is the physical therapy and the occupational therapy if you hit the call button you waiting 20 minutes up to 45 minutes. You, Better hope you have a good GNA or nurse or you gonna have a bunch of filled up your containers of pee and you have to pee very bad The facility makes you lay in bed all day no activity's other then bingo were they give out 0.25 cents. This rehabilitation center is very understaff I will be filling a report on this place Monday morning with the State of Maryland and Baltimore City health department watch if you look up, they already had been hit with fines from the state of Maryland please don't send you family here it's a nightmares just look at the The reviews"

"My son was sent to this place for rehab, It was not my choice but you know you have to go where your insurance allows they were awful no communication with his doctor his social worker that I felt like was helping went on vacation and a replacement was no help at all I didn't think my son was ready to go home he didn't get an appointment setup for rehab out patient or in home, so here we are the very day he supposed to be leaving the social worker is trying to find a place to send him I'm not happy at all his doctor never called me back and the one I spoke to rushed me off the phone because it was his last day told me to call another doctor and he would give me some advice, never heard from him the staff wasn't helpful one nurse told me they were going to move my son to another room it didn't happen his room mate pooping all over the place we were eating and I was getting sick from the smell. The worst place to go for treatment he had a stroke still not using his right hand and they're sending him home without a plan."
