"Athetico in River Forest, IL is extremely well run. The staff is very helpful, attentive and good spirited. Brandon was my main therapist and he is amazing...job WELL DONE. His attitude was always great and he was always fully engaged and attentive. He was ALWAYS on point taking assessment everytime that I walked in and putting me through great protocols and effectively addessing how I felt each time and giving homework to improve my condition. He keeps the balance of never being pushy, but keeping you honest each day in order to obtain your best outcome, not to mention having a great sense of humor. My pain and extremely limited range of motion when I first came in was vastly improved. I'm so impressed and elated. As someone who has always been very athletic and health attentive. I highly recommend this establishment and Brandon for sure!"

"I highly recommend Athletico Physical Therapy on Lake Street in River Forest, Illinois! During my 6 weeks of PT my experience was positive and encouraging from my initial visit until my last visit. Brandon was my main physical therapist and he was kind, thoughtful, and encouraging. He explained everything very well and addressed my concerns and questions kindly. All of the staff were professional, timely and respectful. The manager Erik leads a great, clean and welcoming facility. If you need PT, you must go to Athletico!"

"A helpful, informative, soothing experience. Athletico River Forest coached me through and taught me exercises improving my core strength and flexibility and....bringing relief to my 72 year old back from painful, jolting back spasms. Erik was patient and a fine leader in developing, planning and instructing my PT program; Eduardo was attentive and informative in his direction and coaching; Abbie and the rest were there to make sure I did as I was told, correctly. When I expressed that I thought I could take my newly attained PT knowledge to home workouts... I appreciated there was no hard sell to continue...in fact there was agreement expressed that my plan moving forward made sense...and that Erik and Athletico would be there if I had future questions or sought additional PT. "I've never left a review before, but I wish that I could leave a ten star review for the Athletico in River Forest. I am writing this one because of the professional staff managing the front desk to the tremendous results that I've received from their knowledgable physical therapists. My ortho specialist at Northwestern downtown wrote a six week referral for physical therapy for both my elbows. I was in a lot of pain and had great difficulty performing basic tasks around my home. I truly felt that nothing would relieve the pain or allow me to function doing basic tasks again. I knew that I'd never be able to return to at my post retirement job. I did my research and made calls to the myriad of physical therapist offices and chose Athletico. That's when I met Angela S. She had many years of experience behind her and she had my doctor prescribe topical medication and wrapped my elbows with electro magnetic sensors to wear home along with printed exercises to do at home on my off days. The results were good, but Angela wanted another referral for additional therapy. During that time I became pain free and could exert my elbows more than ever. So a couple of years later when I developed arthritis and slipped a disc in my lower lumbar there was no question of who I was going to call. That's when I met Paul G. and just like Angela he was experienced and very knowledgeable. I wasn't able to walk, sit, lie down, or sleep without a high level of pain. Paul had me work hard during our six weeks of sessions and sent me home with printed instructions and an app that allowed me to follow another person while doing my at home exercises. The results were again amazing. After completing my six weeks of PT I was pain free. I feel blessed that I chose Athletico and highly recommend them to everyone who's looking to better than they ever did!"

"They have the best team here!! I came to Athletico after tearing my ACL. I've been coming for months to do my preop, post op 3x/week, and now moving into functional training 3 months post op. The therapists here have been with me EVERY STEP of the way! Between coordinating with my surgeon, fitting me in 2 days after my surgery, and accommodating my crazy schedule as a grad student, I don't have a single negative thing to say about this clinic! Erik, Eduardo, Desiree, and Kari and all the PT aides have helped me so much and have been INTEGRAL in my recovery process! I am so grateful. It will be a bittersweet goodbye when I finish my post op recovery! Definitely recommend this Athletico location!"
