"A heated lamp fell from above and hit me during my massage. This is a serious safety issue that should never happen in a professional setting. While the staff applied ice afterward, I was surprised by the overall response. Most concerning, I was told by staff that this issue had been previously known but not repaired. That is extremely troubling from a safety perspective. Thankfully the impact was not severe, but the experience left me feeling uneasy. Client safety should always be a priority, and I hope the business takes equipment maintenance more seriously going forward."
