Testimonials
"I was referred to Dr. Hameed by a friend and I can't say much because it was just the first visit ( a consultation), but everyone was pleasant. She was very down to earth and informative. The receptionist was very nice as well. I had read a few reviews on other websites, saying that the staff at this location were not friendly and very rude. I cannot agree or say the same. Everyone was very nice! I look forward to tomorrow next visit and I hope that The plan that Dr. Hameed came up with for me works."
"Alex Bury is always open and curious about how to lessen my pain. This last time I went in, my neurologist had recommended an occipital block for me migraines, a procedure I hadn't had in some time. Within a week they were able to fit it into an already upcoming appointment, get the insurance done, and perform the procedure. And I feel so much better! This practice has treated me for years and I won't go anywhere else!"
"My experience at Clearway Pain Solutions has been very good! From the reception out front to the ladies at the back. Dr Hameed, is the doctor I saw, she is very friendly and easy to talk to, she listened to my concerns and didn't rush me off, but discuss how we could move forward with a solution. I also love that every time I saw her she always had a smile on her face. May she continue to prosper in every area of her life."
"My doctor is Amazing, Alex, the doctor that do the procedures and other doctors are phenomenal, what I like the best is the front desk and how communication they are and helpful and consider it to you being very handicapped if you are like me. Always helping me that surgery is a last resort and improving my quality of life. That's really all I want is most of the time is equality of life that is full."
"First time I went to Clearway, I was seen by a Dr 5 mins ahead of time. Second visit, I see a NP 45 mins AFTER the schedule time. Said it was because of an issue with another patient. I think most people get that issues with other patients may arise but have the professional curiosity to let the waiting patient know, not just ignore them. She only had a few more minutes before I would have walked out! Once seen, NP was totally professional and I appreciated her recommendations and listening skills."
"One positive I will give this place is that everyone I spoke to was either kind and friendly or at least respectful and/or polite. However, I am highly disappointed and rather shocked and confounded by the doctor's blatant disregard for 1) my personal experience with pain, which can't be determined from a cursory glance at both incomplete and nearly 3-year-old imaging, and 2) my current treatment plan, which included medication, some of which I've been taking for years, and others have been discontinued because they're not covered by my new insurance, which is the only reason I'm being forced to find another pain management provider in the first place. I felt like her immediate opinion of me was "drug-seeker," and in her less-than-5-minute assessment of me and my imaging (again--3 years old and incomplete b/c it lacked my traumatic accident imaging, which is the worst part of my pain), she proclaimed that my physical condition did not warrant the medication plan I had already been on for years, and it was "an inappropriate treatment plan." This is an insult to the professional pain management provider I've been seeing without any issues for 8 years! Eight years!! As well as an insult to me, someone who's never used an illicit drug in her entire life!! Nonetheless, in less than 5 minutes, this woman made an unfair and incomplete assessment of what should work for me and what shouldn't. Furthermore, not only does she wholly disagree with my long-term and longstanding treatment plan but she seemed less-than-willing to trust me about how many other treatments I've tried, as well as how many adverse side effects I have experienced, some of which nearly hospitalized me. For anyone who has complex pain issues, traumatic injuries, or a complex medical history, I cannot really recommend this clinic in good faith. But if you're someone who just needs to be examined for some recovering sports injury or to be assessed and sent onto a spine specialist or physical therapy and the like, I am sure this will fulfill your needs. One positive thing I will say about the doctor is at least she was up front with me before I agreed to join this practice that she absolutely would not maintain my current medication plan. (PS. If she genuinely felt I was a "drug-seeker" simply because I was squirming in legitimate pain and was forced to change practices due to new insurance, which I didn't even want to do, and because the new insurance refused to cover the best-working medication I was ever on, then I challenge her to call my current pain management practice and review my entire medical history before summing me up in less than 5 minutes and stating that I don't need my current medications, disbelieving me about how severe my pain actually is, and/or how I've already tried a plethora of treatments before. No one should have the right to say that XYZ medications don't work for your diagnosis if you have already been on them and THEY WORK FOR YOUR DIAGNOSIS!!)"
"First I was harassed by the office manager. Some type of way I got double booked because I was having issues in between visits my regular doctor so happened to not be there. So the person (DR)that I did get to see had decides that because it was not on the paper work that I was getting injections that I just some kind of way schedule an appointment to come sit down and just chat with her. I don't think so ! I had other things that I could have been doing . She made me come sit in the office to just chat not an injection .....when I was already there .. I would never understand that."
"Love Dr. Hameed and her staff! I was experiencing severe foot pain and she was able to get me in quickly and provide me with relief. I truly feel like I have a partner in Dr. Hameed as we try to figure out my different ailments. She's knowledgeable, friendly and caring. Highly recommend!"
