"I've been coming here for a few months now, and while I truly appreciate the staff, there are some ongoing facility issues that need attention. The soap dispensers in the restrooms are consistently empty, and the hand sanitizer stations are also never stocked. Unfortunately, this gives the place a rundown feel and raises concerns about hygiene. That being said, I want to recognize the staff -they are always great, professional, and courteous. I honestly don't know how they manage to maintain such a high level of service in a facility that seems to lack basic upkeep. Their professionalism does not go unnoticed, and they deserve credit for the excellent job they do despite the conditions. I hope management addresses these issues soon, because with better maintenance, this place could match the high standard set by its staff."
