"Bought a 60-minute massage package (twice) and never got the full time. They advertise 60 minutes but call it 55, then shaved off more for changing (less than a minute), using the bathroom, arriving a few minutes late, ending early, and 'cleaning the room.' Both sessions were closer to 45-50 minutes. On top of that, the staff were rude and the massages themselves were below average. Feels deceptive and unprofessional -- would not recommend"
"I have been receiving massages from Maritza for over a year and she is a very good masseuse. I have had very good care from her and from Dr. Roger and Julieta. If I am cold, Maritza leaves the room to get me a warm pillow, and she also has a small air conditioner in the room. She is very attentive so that we, the patients, feel comfortable and without muscle pain."

"I received a groupon for my bday and I was so excited to get a massage. Well, the message therapist Maritza was very nice and friendly, however, everything else was dissapointing. Starting with the room which had dark accents and strong aromatizers, it felt very depressive to be inside of it. Second, once I undressed and went under the sheet, the whole hour I was so cold. A heated sheet/blanket would've been really nice. My massage therapist must've gone out of the room DURING my massage at least 7 to 8 times to grab different stuff, such as lotions, etc and every time she would come back, she wouldn't close the door completely, she would leave it cracked a little. That and freezing in there made it impossible for me to relax during the massage. I wish she would've had INSIDE of the room all the stuff that was needed for our session and I really wish they would either have the room warmer or at least a heated sheet. It didn't feel like a professional message session experience due to all the factors I have mentioned."
