"I think Dr Polesin deserves a lot of praise for how she runs her office and how professional she is and willing to help. I might be biased because I came on a referral from a friend, but I drove 1.5 hours one way from Queens to visit, and I returned and plan to return if I need in the future. Because Dr Polesin knows what she is doing and is flexible in her approach. Yes, she is quite straight forward and may come across as blunt, but I appreciate a direct personality rather than superficial politeness, and I saw how she genuinely cares about her patients and wants to help. And she did help me when others couldn't. Her technique in doing injections is flawless. And she is a kind person too. UPD. I did have to return to this office several times over a year. Dr Polesin was always super helpful, professional and caring. A shout out to Roseanne at the front desk: such a sweet person."
