"My experience at Vital Rehabilitation was excellent from the very beginning. Dr. Tom Kokocinski handled my intake, and I immediately felt I was in good hands. He took the time to listen, asked thoughtful questions, and put together a treatment plan that made sense for me. It was clear from the start that he runs a practice where patients are treated as individuals, not just appointments on a schedule. Most of my therapy was with Sunny, and I can't say enough good things about him. He paid close attention to how I was feeling each day and adjusted the session accordingly. Whether it was massage, trigger-point release, or targeted exercises, he always explained what we were doing and made sure I was doing it correctly so I'd get the most benefit. That kind of care made a huge difference in my progress. The pool therapy was another highlight. Working in the water helped me build strength without putting stress on my joints. At most there were three people in the pool and even then Sunny managed to give each of us a workout that felt personal and effective. What stood out most was Sunny himself. He's not only skilled but also genuine, calm, and encouraging. I never felt like he was just going through the motions--he was fully engaged in my recovery, and that gave me confidence and motivation. I've been to some of the so-called "best" PT facilities in Chicago, and honestly, I often felt like just a number there. At Vital Rehabilitation, it was the complete opposite. I felt seen, supported, and cared for as an individual. I'm grateful to Sunny for guiding me onto the road to recovery, and to Dr. Tom Kokocinski for creating such a thoughtful, patient-centered practice."

"I went into Vital Rehabilitation for a pretty bad hamstring tear. I chose them as it was the closest/ most affordable option for me and I am very pleased with the care I received. As a woman, I often feel uncomfortable in healthcare situations, especially when it's as "hands-on" as physical therapy can be. All of the staff were super great about expressing consent and making me feel comfortable at each appointment. I enjoyed my time getting to know the friendly staff while regaining my strength. They got me off of crutches and back to work in about a month's time. I am especially grateful to Christian, Sunny, and their assistant, Johnny. Thanks guys!"
