"Did the free consultation/assisted stretch session with Aminah. She was wonderful! Very knowledgeable and easy to talk to. I was a little worried going in because I'm recovering from a broken bone but she was able to adjust certain stretches to avoid any issues. I like that she checked in with me before, during and after each stretch to make sure I wasn't in pain. I have a lot of chronic pain, so wasn't sure what to expect, but I felt great after the session! The place is also very clean and a comfortable space. I'm already scheduled for more sessions!"
