"Ashleigh was an amazing help in my recovery. I came in with a torn ACL/Meniscus and she helped me fully regain mobility and strength to my knee/leg. She often proved to be more knowledgeable than my doctor in my recovery. To start each morning, she evaluated my soreness and tailored a plan to not overwork certain muscle groups. Aside from her knowledge, she and her team were great motivators. Personally, I hate PT...especially since it was 3 days a week before work. Ashleigh and the rest of the staff at Athletico made it the best that it could be. They would crack jokes and always push me to get the extra rep in. When I finished PT, it was bittersweet to end because of Ashleigh and the staff, but she left me with a personally tailored plan to continue to strengthen my knee. 10/10 would recommend."

"This is a great PT clinic! I worked with Kathy for some nerve-related back pain. She was able to immediately diagnose the issue and provide helpful, easy-to-follow fixes. She always made sure I had exercises to do at home and took the time to really check in at each session. She's incredibly knowledgeable. At one point I had a minor relapse, but with Kathy's help I got through it and had a toolbox of solutions for how to address issues in the future. On top of all that, Kathy is just a lovely human being. Highly recommend Athletico!"

"If you have an ache or pain, run -- do not walk -- to Athletico Lincoln Park North on Diversey. I originally came in because I threw out my back, and the PT I had been seeing elsewhere could not fit me in. A friend recommended Kathy P., and seeing her truly changed my life. I have had three C-sections and two abdominal surgeries, and Kathy immediately recognized that my back pain was connected to much more than just my back. She brought in Liliana G. to address my postpartum needs, and I worked with both of them in tandem. They might be two of the smartest women I know. They understand the human body on a deep level and took the time to teach me how and why things were happening so I could apply what I learned to my everyday life. My case had many layers, so I worked with them for six months. I went from constantly hurting every time I tried to work out to finally learning how to activate the correct muscles for different activities. I even moved homes during this time, and Kathy taught me how to lift boxes correctly. They met me exactly where I was -- a busy working mom of three -- and helped me heal, rebuild strength, and completely rethink how I move through the world. I cannot say enough good things about this team. They did not just treat my pain; they educated me, empowered me, and gave me tools I will use for the rest of my life. Next stop... maybe a half marathon. And for what it is worth, my sister and three friends also see PTs at this location, and every one of them has had the same incredible experience."

"I had a great experience with Athletico and specifically with Ashleigh Goplen. Bookings were easy and Ashleigh was great at explaining the process and following up with my progress. I did dry needling and she explained the procedure and its value and I was very happy with my outcome and experience. Highly recommend."

"I went to Athletico Physical Therapy at the Lincoln Park North location two years after a severe ankle injury from a car accident. I was honestly very hesitant to return to physical therapy because I knew how "lucky" I already was with my mobility, and I wasn't sure how much more improvement was possible. I was completely shocked by how much progress I made working with my therapist, Reagan. Reagan was incredible. She met me exactly where I was, both physically and mentally, and slowly helped me rebuild not just strength, but confidence. I went into therapy having never run or jumped since my accident, and I left feeling stronger and, most importantly, trusting my ankle again. She was patient, encouraging, and intentional with every step of the process. About a month after finishing six months of therapy with Reagan, I had to run after an autistic student who was trying to leave the school where I work. In that moment, I knew without a doubt that I would not have been able to do that without the work Reagan helped me do. I'm beyond grateful for her expertise and support, and I highly recommend this location -- especially Reagan -- to anyone recovering from an injury or feeling unsure about returning to physical therapy."

"The treatment both my husband and I received at Lincoln Park North Athletico was fantastic. Mary Grace Knoll was our therapist. I was preparing for the Chicago Marathon and suffered from both hip and ankle issues. My husband had a sports related injury to his shoulder. Mary Grace was terrific in identifying the issues and treating both of us. The home exercises were easy to follow, and she was always available to answer our questions. My husband was back playing golf within 2 weeks. My issues were a little more complicated because of the intense mileage I had to run to prepare for the marathon. Mary Grace was with me all the way. I never would have been able to complete the race without her consistent treatment and encouragement. Seriously, she deserves my finishers medal as much as I do!! Post marathon I'm still able to run regularly without any issues. The other therapists at Athletico Lincoln Park North were great and it was easy to make appointments, even at the last minute. I am a longtime client and have used other therapists at various Athletico offices with the same excellent results."

"The Athletico Lincoln Park North team went above and beyond to help treat my physical therapy. It's a very friendly and family atmosphere with people willing to help. My PT, Reagan, was incredible, making sure we expediated my recovery as quick as possible."

"Great experience with this location and its staff! The space was organized and visibly clean. Worked mainly with Matt and sometimes with other physical therapists and all were very knowledgeable, helpful, and seemed to care about my progress. I would go back if I needed PT again and would recommend this place to a friend."
