"They did charge incorrectly. I went for a consultation my spouse wrist pain. They insisted me to take brace when I told I have few in my house dr told it's not chargeable and only took my copay part on that day which is legitimate .After 3 months they sent me a bill of $231 and charged directly to my credit card. I called them and discuss with them and I told them I can return because it no use for my spouse as we already had. Beware of them. I do not recommend the service as well as the behavior of them."
"I am a patient of Dr. Gray. He has been treating me over a period of months and I can't say enough positive things about the care I have received. He has gone above and beyond to assist me in receiving the best care possible. Dr. Gray has collaborated with multiple physicians to meet my clinically complex needs. He has been compassionate, caring and a strong advocate. The staff have been warm and always helpful. I strongly recommend CT Family Orthopedic Group and Dr. Gray!"
"walked in and got seen by a PA and he deemed me completely fine, front desk said they did not need to follow up. on monday morning or so im asked to follow up, confused i just said whatever set it friday but i may have to cancel because i have a job and i much would rather be at said job. i'm greeted into my 30 minute lunch break the next day by 4 separate calls (ignored) from these people as if they're my first priority and i don't have a job like most people saying that they're confirming the appointment, and i got an automated text message asking me to confirm or cancel, i requested to cancel. done. right? no, the text said it was marked for cancellation. i get a voicemail today saying they need to see me, so i get frustrated on another SHORT LUNCH BREAK and call the office, and a lady answers and puts me on hold for 5 minutes asking if i really feel like i need to cancel. hold again. then she said someone marked it for follow up and it was a mistake. so i can cancel if i want. she was acting like a $20 copay would make or break their office. anyways it took a long time to even get that answer. they call too much and are disorganized and this is exactly why i hate dealing with doctors offices. if i get another call from these people i'm really going to go mad"
