"Alden's workouts are awesome! I have trained with him one on one and in group settings and I have found both experiences to be really valuable and effective! The workouts are challenging enough that you work up a sweat and really work your body but it is not too challenging where you cannot do it. His group workouts are tailored for any level of fitness and his one on one trainings are even better because he will give you unique workouts just for you according to your level of fitness and body goals. He also gives nutritional advice and is just a great motivator. Oh! He also plays really, really good music during training sessions!!! Lol"
