Key among them of course, is the outstanding care that I receive from the moment of entering the office. I'm always welcomed and made to feel at home with Jessica, who has established an effective meeting schedule around my lifestyle. Clearly, the safety of clients and staff are of utmost importance, especially during the pandemic. Highly thoughtful steps are taken to ensure a clean and safe environment, which includes patient scheduling and relevant social distancing in the waiting area. I am a highly active senior citizen who takes physical health very seriously in order to maintain highly strenuous outdoor activity. In this regard, I needed a strategy to address several ongoing physical issues, which at first seemed like mountains of chronic injury or pain, including cervical and spinal stenosis, bunions, hip resurfacing, and lower back surgery. In each instance, Christina developed an overall strategy and successfully addressed them, unlike several other physical therapist in the region. (Her in-depth knowledge and experience are also complemented by her remarkable team, including Meagan and Debbie based upon my experience when she is unavailable). In my case, Christina has most successfully applied needling, deep massage, laser, and recommended exercises for thorough care. For example, she has successfully treated highly painful bunions, which made each step laborious, so much so that a podiatrist recommended surgery. Christina also goes beyond physical therapy to provide the needed and personable encouragement to move forward through great humor, understanding, and cheer. In short, quality of life is significantly and positively improved through Christina's efforts in enabling my physical movements, geared to outdoor activity."
