"They seem to operate when they want to. It'a difficult to get in touch with the receptionist, there's a constant phone tag. When you reach out via email, the responses are either never or delayed by weeks. I managed to finally schedule an appointment for February after trying since October. 5Min before my appointment time as I'm on the way, I received an email..not a phone call.. stating they need to reschedule due to building issues. We rescheduled the appointment for late March because I was told that was the only time the Dr was available. I arrived to the office on the day, and no one is here for my appointment, office is closed and locked. I've attempted to call and email and received no response. Their phone number listed online is not even in service. My appointment was completely disregarded. It's extremely unprofessional and disappointing, and continues to speak a lot about the health care received in this country."

"This place has really helped me out! Everyone is so nice and explains everything from the beginning to end of treatments. I was in a car accident last year and with the help from the chiropractor, the acupuncturist, and the masseuse; I have been able to get more range and movement in my neck and shoulder. I also have way less pain in my neck and shoulder too! Awesome place, experience, and staff! I will be a lifetime client!"
