"AVOID COMING HERE. Doctors are good and professional, STAFF are very UNPROFESSIONAL AND RUDE. I made an appointment 6 weeks ago in this location on Feb 8 (written down in a card) and I got a call that my appointment was the on Feb 9 at a different location with different time. I try to tell them that they made a mistake and my appt was on Feb 8 instead of investigating and apologizing I was told off that I was lying and that what they have in the computer. Human error, I get it but learn to own up to your mistake. You work for the same company and a mistake of your co worker is the company's mistake. Rather than giving attitude learn to own up and get it settled in a professional manner. Apologize for the confusion or the mistake not shut your patient and say "in reality your appointment is tomorrow." I'm a doctor as well and I was treated like this I wonder how they treat people who are not in the medical field and know nothing about the medical situation. I suggest ask your lawyer to refer you to another ORTHO. I feel bad for Dr Dassa coz apparently his employees are not taking care of his patients. This employees should be taught of proper patients' care, etiquette and professional Costumer service which clearly they are lacking off. I hope this will get Dr. Dassa or the management's attention. So many people looking for a job. If you are not a ppl person or don't like your job leave and let someone else get the opportunity to take care of patients"
