"I came here for my constant recoccuring headache and neck pain , and it was a really great experience. Doctor Patel was kind, well-spoken, and extremely knowledgeable. He took the time to explain everything clearly and made me feel comfortable throughout the visit. The staff were also helpful in calling my insurance for approvals for botox for migranes and nexk pinched nerve which made the whole process smooth and stress-free. All of the tests were conducted professionally, and I felt very well cared for. Parking was a little hard to find, but it was definitely worth it. I'm really glad I came here and would definitely recommend this clinic to my families and friends."

"I had such a great experience thanks to Nancy at the front desk! From the moment I walked in, she greeted me with a positive attitude and made me feel immediately welcome. She was not only professional and knowledgeable, but also incredibly patient and kind while answering all of my questions. Nancy went above and beyond to ensure everything ran smoothly and even followed up to make sure I had what I needed. It's rare to come across someone so dedicated to excellent customer service--she truly made my visit better. Thank you, Nancy"

"Worst front desk staff I've ever dealt with. First, I will say Dr. Patel is wonderful! He listened and has great bedside manner. My issue is with the front desk women who have been terrible. Particularly, Nancy. First, she lied about the availability for a follow up appointment. ( Doctor ordered and EEG and MRI) and told me that the doctor couldn't see me until December... but I heard her earlier talking to another patient and she offered a much sooner appointment date. Today she left me a voicemail saying that my new RX was being sent to my pharmacy. Three hours later I go to that pharmacy and they haven't received anything. I called the number she told me to call with any questions and she never picked up so I had to call the main line to transfer me to the office. Then she told me that the doctor was having issues sending my RX to CVS pharmacy and she asked me to give her a different pharmacy. An hour later, I go to that pharmacy and they told me that they haven't been sent anything yet! I called again to that number that she called me from and she finally picked up, heard my voice and put me on hold! I believe she's doing this on purpose because she gave me the worst attitude yesterday for complaining about the office not offering free parking. I wasn't rude. I just gave feedback but she didn't take it well. I called the main line and the guy who picked up was able to investigate and I found out that she never sent the RX to the second pharmacy! I'm guessing she never told the doctor about sending it to that pharmacy. Completely unprofessional. I am considering going to a different neurologist, even though I like Dr. Patel because I cannot deal with this woman anymore. Update- I had to call from a different number and she finally picked up and I was able to speak with Nancy. She was incredibly rude and very defensive."
