"I couldn't access the physical therapy office for 2 weeks since the snow. The front wasn't shoveled. The only place with less snow was where a car was parked in the handicap parking spot which I need to use. Coming out I slipped on the snow and ice and hurt my foot causing to spend hours in the urgent center getting X-rays. After my second missed appointment because the ice still had not been cleared I complained. He next day someone called me back to say that they shoveled and tried to send me a picture. Neither which was true. I despise lying. Because I have to pass the build daily to go to work. Last night 3 weeks after the storm the only reason why SOME of the ice was gone was from the rain and the 40 degree temperature. I really like Kareem my therapist, but I am having doubts about going to therapy where they are supposed to assist with my mobility but make it dangerous to get into the building"

She's always helping me with my exercises, following my progress closely, and making sure i'm safe every step of the way. She also makes sure I never miss my follow up appointments, whish keeps me on track. My therapist, Pooja, is amazing! She takes such great care of my health and pays close attention to my progress.
