"As a Prince George's Firefighter/EMT I'm no stranger to injuries on the job. after working with another physical therapist that just ran me through the motions and kicked me back out on the street; Katie here at Pivot, she's the only physical therapist for me. She constantly works to strengthen you and help heal, listens and asks for my feedback. From what's working to what's not to what makes things worse or helps. Also flexible and patient with scheduling, even when I missed appointments they worked with me if they had openings to fit me in around my shifts. Fingers crossed I won't need to come back again but if I do need physical therapy again this is the only place for me."

"I first went to Laura when I had knee replacements in 2019 and 2021. Laura designed a program that got me back on my feet quickly. I returned to her (April-May 2024) recently when I had a back and posture issue and Laura again designed a program specific to my issues. I felt better after the first week. At the end of seven weeks, I am able to function without pain. She is amazing and if I have questions or issues in the future, I know she is there for me. "I started with this office when they where further our in Ellicott City. Everyone was absolutely amazing. I was still being treated through the transition to St. John's Ln. My therapist Laura B. is absolutely amazing!. Any and every question I had she answered. She not only focused on the goals the caused me to have to come to Physical Therapy, but she also addressed my personal goals that I wanted to get out of therapy prior to discharge. EVERYONE is so personable and kind which goes a long way when you are in pain and rehabbing for almost 8 months. Tejon ( I hope I spelled his name correctly) was amazing! He kept me on track with my exercises as they grew each visit. I will not hesitate to go back should the need arise. Thank you for getting me back to my heels again!!!!"
