"Without a doubt, this is the best medical experience I've had in many, many years. The practice achieves a perfect balance between efficiency, warmth and professionalism. The support staff ease the burden of administrivia and are very caring and kind. The med tech staff are all warm and considerate. Our doctor, Steven Bleckner, listened carefully, asked questions, gave each of us a thorough exam and took plenty of time to ensure we understood our situations. Perhaps equally impressive was the speed with which we were able to get an appointment. I'd tried to see a doctor at another practice and was told there was a six week wait. Here, I logged into their website on a Tuesday evening and got appointment for my wife and myself for the next day. Once we'd scheduled our prescribed MRIs, I was then able to get appointments for the day after those exams. Frankly, THIS is what a medical practice should be. I highly recommend the practice, and especially Dr Bleckner."

"I had my first visit last week for a potential torn meniscus. The Dr I saw was personable and kind & his qualifications and experience are great. But my time in the office with him was rushed. I know I have to wait until the MRI is done for a complete diagnosis, but he barely looked at my knee. I told him walking is vital to my job ( I walk 30-40 miles a week at work) but was sent away with no clear guidelines about what to do, what to avoid etc while waiting for my MRI. Check out service was average at best, I had to ask for the paperwork I needed twice. And this isn't this facilities fault, but I have to wait weeks for an MRI or travel over an hour to get one in a reasonable amount of time, so more "at home" care instructions would have been helpful."
