"Update Edit: Let me tell you how awesome this team is!!! We ran into a situation with Federal and the new rule. They went above and beyond to make sure we got everything fixed. I highly suggest this office to ANYONE in need. They team is welcoming and friendly to everyone. Ppl may say other things in their reviews but I promise you that this team is very professional. This was my third time coming here for a work-related drug test, and this time I also had my first CDL physical done. Each visit has been smooth, but this one stood out -- the ladies were kind, welcoming, and made the whole process feel easy and comfortable. Service was fast (tip: drink your water ahead of time!), and the location is convenient -- right off the expressway and near other businesses, so it's easy to get multiple errands done in one trip. The doctor I saw was professional, friendly, and took time to answer all my questions without rushing me. I really appreciated her energy and how she treated me with respect. I'd definitely come back for any future work-related testing. Solid experience all around."

"Absolutely Horrible Experience - Avoid at All Costs I went in for a DOT medical exam and it was one of the worst experiences I've ever had. The clerk at the front desk was incredibly rude, unprofessional, and had a serious attitude problem. The place was filthy and disorganized -- definitely not a clean or safe environment for any kind of medical exam. What made things even worse was the behavior of the man working there. He acted like he was in some gang hangout, not a medical office. He was aggressive, confrontational, and honestly made me feel unsafe -- like he was ready to start a fight over nothing. If you value your peace of mind or even your safety, stay far away from this place. Unprofessional doesn't even begin to describe it. This was a very, very, VERY bad experience and I don't recommend anyone doing any business with them. Go somewhere else where they actually respect you and run a clean, professional operation."

"Went here for a DOT physical, the dr. Here told me my noise looked weird. I asked her what that has to do with my physical ? She defensively said "she wasnt nick picking me". Failed me . I went to Concentra the next day and got a 2year card and they didn't find none of problems that dred head quack said I had. Drivers stay away from this quack...."
