"This was the worst and most unprofessional care I have ever received. I wish I could give them 0 stars. I will never be returning to this clinic and will ensure none of my friends or family members ever receive care here either. I received a diagnosis for a condition and was never contacted by my physician to discuss the diagnosis or figure out a treatment plan. I called four times to try to get in contact with my doctor, with no response. They finally told me that I had to schedule an appointment to talk to my doctor about my diagnosis, and offered dates weeks out. It is unprofessional and dangerous to give patients a chronic diagnosis and not be available to support them after giving the diagnosis."

"Dr. Dua was amazing, she listened to my concerns and took the time during the procedure. I received 2 sessions of trigger point injections and after about a year I needed another round. Made the appointment for consultation and once again she was amazing; while I was in the room she emailed her staff to make sure the insurance approval was taken care of and she was informed I would be notified once it was approved to schedule the procedure. A month and a half later I am still waiting for that call. I called, when to the clinic to see someone in person hoping it would be faster. I spoke to a member of her staff and was assured I would get a call the next day. Almost 2 weeks later and I am still waiting. I called again today and after talking to 5 different people and being asked to call to 3 different places I have no expectations of getting any call back. Nobody seems to know who I need to talk to, first to make sure insurance approved the procedure and then to make the appointment for the procedure. It's a shame that such an amazing doctor has such an inept team by her side. I started looking for care elsewhere because I really don't want to go back there."

"5 or 6 years old. 8 nurses holding me down. Screaming bloody murder. No anesthesia. Catatonic like state. Remember one nurse walking out because I'm begging her to help me and she said this isn't right" Doctor kicked her out."
