Thrive of Lisle, an Ignite Medical Resort

"My husband was at Thrive of Lisle after a lengthy hospital stay. He was still using oxygen when discharged from the hospital, so Thrive was an excellent option. Even though he was admitted to Thrive on a Saturday, the staff engaged him in activities and routines quickly. We found the staff to be extremely attentive, supportive, professional and friendly. The OT and PT staff worked with him to gain strength and endurance. The food was well-prepared and tasty. The room was comfortable with ample space. We feel very fortunate that Thrive of Lisle had a room available when my husband needed it. We highly recommend Thrive of Lisle."

"We were nervous prior to bringing our mom to Thrive as we have never had any experience with any rehab facilities before. Once she arrived, we could not have been any more pleased with the care she received. The CNAs, nurses, therapists, food service team, and life enrichment staff were all top-notch. We wouldn't hesitate to return to Thrive if the need ever arises again."

"very disorganized to say the least, I was very disappointed as it was rated quite good. Social worker did not assist at all for smooth transition to home.There was zero accountability and still waiting for after care services. called facility after discharge to follow up, and have not received a call, text or email. Definitely would not recommend, just because of Administration and social worker; actual clinical staff like the nurses, PT, and OT were very nice."

"Our trauma at Thrive of Fox Valley is censored, so I am reposting here. At the beginning of my mom's end of life, Thrive of Fox Valley abused my mom upon her transfer from Rush Copley Hospital. The staff evicted her from her room, took her back to Rush Copley Hospital in their rickety vehicle, and left her for dead in the Rush Copley hospital garage, near midnight. It took Rush Copley staff all night to discover my mom shivering and cold in their "emergency room". We were billed for the Ridge Ambulance that Rush Copley called to retrieve my mom at sunrise and take her back to Thrive of Fox Valley. For the last year of her life, my mom suffered post traumatic stress from this incident, piled on to her medical conditions. Thrive never owned up to what they did. When I tried to get justice, I was dismissed and gaslighted. We were given a walker, as a cheap consolation prize. Thrive of Fox Valley is outside our house. Their ambulance traffic flashes through our living room. I'm living in the shadows of my late mom's abusers and taunted by their flashing ambulance traffic."

"Thrive of lisle is an amazing place. The staff and evironment is great. The facility was clean and well maintained. The staff was diligent and responsive. Nurse michelle was an absolute wonder, she was professional and courteous. She brought comfort and peace of mind that our family member was in the right hands."

"My mom was taken good care of during her stay at thrive! They had fun with her and got to know her. When your in rehab they lifted her spirits which is important. They were warm group! The rehab staff was great as well! They were thorough! They answered all of our questions as well patiently! It is really clean as well! Great place and after care follow is great as well!"

"The young woman at reception was very helpful with the digital check in, which I had never done before. She gave good directions to the room. The nurse came and checked on my cousin, helping her get settled in. Everything was very clean and everyone was very nice."
