"I had an amazing experience at Exchange Physical Therapy Group Edgewater. I went in thinking I had a pinched nerve, but Tony quickly identified that it was actually a severe trap muscle spasm. He treated me with dry needling and cupping, and although the pain beforehand was awful, after just one session my pain was relieved by about 85%. I was honestly shocked at how much better I felt so quickly. Tony was knowledgeable, attentive, and really took the time to explain what was going on with my body.
