"I cannot even begin to explain how wonderful my experience has been thus far. I have been in excruciating pain for close to a year. I have been sleep deprived and limited in so many things that I had to give up. Simple tasks like sweeping the floor or opening a window were now challenges I could not bear. I was losing hope.
