"The staff at Physical Therapy for All at 686 Bay Street, SI, NY, are true professionals. The therapists are DPTs; each expert, knowledgeable, kind and reassuring yet firm. They have coached me through many months of a lingering issue that finally resulted in major surgery. I appreciate how they listen to my concerns and focus on steps towards my recovery. It has been a long haul for me. Dr. Ebada (I am misspelling her name), in particular, has guided me, successfully, through a few frustrating and frightening rough patches - before surgery and after. I initially chose this location because it is convenient. I had no prior knowledge of the expertise or reputation of the therapists. I, therefore, entered with hesitation. However, from walking through the door for the first time (thank you, Jessie) to being guided to a treatment room, situated and calmed (thank you, Susanne) to being oriented and listened to (thank you, Dr. Ebada) to the hands-on treatment (thank you, Everyone), I was reassured and treated like a human being who needed help. I'm surrounded by smart, caring, experienced people! I could go on but it would be a much longer review and I've made my point. Short story: Thank you, Physical Therapy for All Bay Street, a million times."
