"Sona is amazing and Tiffany at the front desk is too!! Both are extremely professional and knowledgeable and so fun. I came in needing appointments. I wasn't finding appointments with my provider; however, at NovaCare Yard 56 they were able to schedule me the same day. I had so much pain when I started 3 months ago and now I'm so much better. Coming to physical therapy also helped me with becoming acclimated to using gym equipment and exercising techniques, I truly feel confident about my progress and incorporating what I learned into my daily routine and activities. Thank you so much Sona and thank you Tiffany for bringing the laughs. I recommend anyone thinking of physical therapy to just come in a at least speak to Sona to see what can be done."
