"The receptionists who answer the phone and do the scheduling have absolutely no emotion. They're rude. They're unprofessional and they are not compassionate whatsoever. When you deal with the public on a daily basis, especially ones that have had surgeries or who needs some type of physical therapy, you need to learn how to be compassionate and show some kind of emotion. Otherwise, you can just have a computer answering the phone. They have more emotion than these receptionist."

"Horrible experience. Scheduled physical therapy appt after surgery. We were met by an ot who said she was going to start the paperwork for pt. Instead she spent an hour with the nonsense that ot consists of. She was rude and condescending. One hour of my life I will not get back. She suggested 8 sessions of ot. Never did get pt and never will. I found another place that worked with what I wanted . The last thing you need after surgery and not feeling your best is to be bullied. Don't go there and save yourself the aggravation."
