Testimonials
"Came here for care to support recovery from a brain injury. From the front desk to the care I received, everything was poorly handled. I asked for someone with experience in my condition and was told the PT I was seeing did. It quickly became apparent they did not have the expertise claimed. During my session, the PT was on the computer for the majority of the appointment and did not monitor my tolerance to exercises. This caused my symptoms to worsen and resulted in a significant functional setback. My condition worsened under this provider's care. The care I received was neglectful, and the clinic is not suitable for patients recovering from brain injuries. It was loud, bright, and overstimulating."
"The therapists here are good, but they seem to be overbooked. I'll come in and see the actual therapist for a short while then be handed over to a different tech each time, and they are asking ME what I should be doing, or stopping to go assist another patient mid-exercise or to ask for clarification. There is also only one person at the front desk, and after asking them for a recurring appt weekly They tell me it was only for 2 weeks and I would have to know to reschedule every week. When I need to come in weekly, that's a problem that it is not recurring or can't be at a set time, and then I can't come in for a whole week because they are overbooked (leaving me in pain and without any help). I would recommend booking services elsewhere if possible."
"Our experience at IBJI''s Lakeview PT site has been outstanding. The therapists are excellent, patient, utilize the entire scheduled time for stretching and exercising, and become familiar with their patients very quickly. And there is little "switching" between therapists. They have facilitated my wife's recovery at a faster rate than originally expected. And, when I was injured a couple of years ago, I used the same facility with the same results, which demonstrates consistently high performance over a sustained period of time."
"This place is great! It's small so you don't feel as though half the world is watching you get rehab but big enough that they have all the equipment they need to help. The PTs are really good. I mostly have worked with one person but due to scheduling things have also had a few sessions with 2 others. I've had PT other places where if you get another person they tell you all the things the last one did wrong and try to start something different. Not these guys...they all work together with the same goal. In just 5 1/2 weeks I've gone from having a total knee to almost forgetting I've had it because the PT has been great. I'd highly recommend."
"Jenna and her team are the best. My recovery after having rotator cuff surgery was very fast and successful thanks to Jenna's help and professionalism. In less than 4 months I'm back to almost 100% and able to do all activities. The staff is also very kind and helpful. I highly recommend Jenna and her team."
"Well organized, friendly and I had two great therapist -- Marley and Miguel."
"3 weeks into my physical therapy for a proximal humerus fracture I am seeing great improvement in my mobility. Marley my PT is thorough, patient and goes over every aspect of my recovery in great detail. I'm very impressed with her and the rest of the staff of IBJI physical rehab. Every one there is very friendly from front desk staff to PT assistants. I highly recommend this facility."
"Tessa is AMAZING! She is super patient, which is great because I have no core strength and horrible form. Mitchell at the front desk is awesome. I try and show up a few minutes early just so we can shoot the breeze before my appointment. Word of warning about dry needling - in the moment, it hurt more than my actual surgery but WOW did I notice an improvement after a few days."
