"Yesterday, was my first session. The staff was kind and attentive. My therapist did a thorough health background and listened to my 2025 saga. We did some exercises for my knee and I actually got some needed relief immediately. The only thing I didn't like was taking a rest from my 10k steps daily. However, the therapist was right. My knee still feels vastly better today. I guess I'll make time for the home exercises. Lol!"
