"Awful " bedside manner" and dismissive of my pain and issues. I was told I have to suck it up and deal with the pain, was given few solutions to manage pain until I pushed for an answer. He also used the F word casually in our conversation. Very inappropriate and awful experience as a woman."

Dr. protomastro is my superstar. this is the first time in my life I've experienced chronic pain, and it literally knocked me off my feet, it was hard to concentrate or even think straight. I went to a different doctor because I was out of state and he was talking about arm surgery, and when I got back to connecticut, came to see this rockstar who attributed the pain to a pinched nerve in my neck. Now I'm going to physical therapy, I am taking some medication to help alleviate the pain. I am really truly grateful that I didn't just go ahead and follow the direction of the first doctor- as I'm sure it would've taken me down to slippery slope of chronic pain and not finding the solution. One more sidenote, I called for an appointment and the doctor was able to see me same day, within an hour,. I can't praise this place enough."
