Testimonials
"After suffering from severe sciatica for three years, I had almost given up hope of ever being pain free. Dr. John at Project Physical Therapy completely changed that. From the very first appointment, he took the time to truly listen and understand what I had been dealing with. His approach was thorough, personalized, and focused on actually fixing the root of the problem -- not just managing symptoms. Thanks to his expertise and dedication, I am now completely pain free. I honestly didn't think that was possible after so long. If you're dealing with chronic pain, I highly recommend Dr. John and the team at Project Physical Therapy. They truly care about their patients and deliver real results"
"I had an excellent experience at Project Physical Therapy. From day one, the entire staff was welcoming, professional, and genuinely invested in my recovery. A special thank you to my therapist, **Nick**, who was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and attentive throughout my treatment. He took the time to understand my knee pain, explained every step of the process, and assigned the exercises to help me regain strength and mobility. Thanks to the whole team, my knee feels stronger and I'm moving pain-free again. I highly recommend Project Physical Therapy to anyone looking for high quality, personalized care. SIMPLY THE BEST!!"
"When I met Danny, I was experiencing chronic back pain due to two disc herniations on my L3/L4 and L5/S1. I was extremely limited and constantly in pain. I was advised to meet with surgeons, pain doctors, and do traditional PT. They all recommend the same approach: do traditional PT for 6-12 weeks, get a cortisone shot and prepare for surgery if the pain persists. For some this works, for many it doesn't. What no one tells you when you experience a severe back issue is that it becomes a metal and emotional grind and if you don't have a dedicated advisor, you become lost. The generic approach to treatment didn't work for me and I found myself in a chronic pain loop. My recovery trajectory changed however, when I met Danny. He took the time to learn my body, listen to my feedback and troubleshoot where needed. He was the first to identify my femoral nerve issues when everyone else prescribed it as sciatica. He took the time to TEACH me why I was experiencing pain, how to fix it, and why we were designing the program I was following. This dude is a real professional, a pleasure to work with and now a friend. You won't get better guidance from anyone else. He's worth every penny."
