Testimonials
"This facility is an excellent place for orthopedic therapy. The receptionist is very courteous and professional. The Therapist (Katelyn Stokes} is extremely knowledgeable, considerate, patient, concerned about your needs and progress."
"When I first met Brian, his personality was warm and friendly. The thing that meant the most to me was that he made himself aware of all of medical history. How many times have you had this happen on an initial visit? I was impressed that he took the time to study my history, this gave me confidence in his caring for me. I am grateful for his care and support. Thank you Brian."
"My experience was excellent. Katlyn helped me with my traumatic bursitis and now I am completely recovered. Very profesional stuff! Thanks a lot!"
"This place did exceptionally well I feared and to think that physical therapy wouldn't work and I would be wasting my time and or had to possibly get surgery. Rest assured that was not the cause at all both of my therapist helped me to recover and regain control of an issue I had since last year. I couldn't ask for a better team of people to have worked with. The staff and the atmosphere was the best with a lot of friendly faces and beautiful smiles. So please don't come in and think that it will be a little touch here and there because they will most definitely get you back right and will not play around with your recovery. I appreciate the whole office and I highly recommend them to treat and care for anyone of my family and friends. Thank you so much"
"I had a great experience with this office. Robyn at the front was always helpful with scheduling appointments. I worked with David who helped identify my needs and goals and created a plan to get me on track. He was wonderful to work with and learn from. I am immensely grateful to this team to help me get out of pain and improve my health and wellness."
"The team there is excellent! Warm, knowledgeable, empathetic and they genuinely care about their clients' success. I was so impressed I could go on and on. I have to mention Brian. He is phenomenal. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a physical therapist."
"This has to be one of the worst physical therapy locations I've ever gone to. And that's saying something because I've gone to some pretty bad physical therapy offices in my lifetime. Upon moving to the area recently and knowing that I had scheduled surgery for my shoulder I sought out the best physical therapy places that I could and then I went to see them to see if what I was reading about them was right. I came to this location and inquired with the receptionist about a particular physical therapist that I had read about and wanted to see and I also inquired about seeing the facility. She told me to wait a few minutes and then she took me back and introduced me to the clinic director. He showed me one main room and that was it and then asked if I had any questions. And my question initially was would I be seeing one physical therapist regularly or is this a factory and would I be seeing someone different each and every time I came and I was told that I would not be seeing the same person and that they worked as a team and I would be seeing different people and I told him that's not what I was looking for that's not what I had from a previous practice in a different state. I wanted one person to be the chief and if I occasionally needed to see someone else in the practice that would be okay but I was told that's not the way they work and if that's what I was looking for then this was not the place for me. I do not understand how this place could receive such high marks when the director of the facility was this insulting. It was the next sentence that truly blew my mind when he said and I quote, if you want to see one physical therapist all you have to do is drive up and down Reisterstown Road and find many practices that you can go and see. That to me is a bit of a jerk and I would not ever go back to this location nor would I ever recommend anyone else to go there as well. I have since found someone who I can rely on who I have been seeing only him and occasionally I will see another PT team member when he is unavailable or out of town."
"Really great place to go! Nice atmosphere and experienced staff. The most valuable part for me is learning what was going on in my body that was causing the pain and discomfort. Also appreciated that my time was respected and valued. I wasn't kept waiting past my appt time and they didn't try to drag out the therapy sessions. Everyone was great and while I don't remember everyone's name, I have to recognize my initial, Brian. The only thing stopping them from getting 5 stars is the receptionists, who were rude and not very welcoming"
