"I have been working with the Moment PT team for the past few years at their midtown location, helping me recover from a variety of issues (herniated disc, hip mobility issues, etc). I am currently working with Dr. Andy to rehab a strained calf muscle, which i suffered playing paddle tennis. Moment continues to be, in my opinion, THE place for rehab if you are an athlete looking to continue training and looking to get back to your sport / activity as quickly and as safely as possible. The care, attention, and focus is unmatched in my experience. I spend each 1 hour session with Dr. Andy (not an intern) and we work through a series of exercises, looking to establish a safe baseline of activity and then logically progressing over time as the injury heals. He is extremely talented at exercise selection as well as cueing to make sure I am performing the work properly. He listens very attentively, asks good questions, and always follows up after our sessions to see how I am feeling. Bottom line - I can't recommend Moment PT enough to athletes of any age looking for a great rehab experience!"

"I cannot say enough great things about Moment Physical Therapy! I have had the most amazing experience working with this group, specifically Andy Fata-Chan, over the past couple of months. Andy took the time to fully understand my injury, analyze what worsened my pain, and establish my goals of treatment. He is constantly analyzing and adjusting our plan as I progress based on my performance and pain levels. After each session, Andy updates our shared excel document with my exercises, sends me videos of myself doing the exercises so I know how to do them by myself, and checks in to see how my pain level is. This is a group of physical therapists who truly treat the individual and care about their patients. I look forward to going to my sessions because I know I will have fun, work hard, and will leave feeling stronger - both mentally and physically.
