"My 5yo broke his arm and we went to Norwalk Hospital to have it treated. Dr. Frank is the surgeon that worked on my boy. The Dr was very calming and informative and able to communicate information in a way that we fully understood the circumstances and plan of treatment. At his office the nurses as well as Dr Frank were great with my son. They talked to him instead of over him. They listened to him and did not push him. Than did a great job of calming his fear and made the casting very fun for my son. He really likes this Dr office and has no fear of going back."
