"I've been coming to the Riverdale Holistic Center for over two years now, and it has truly been a lifesaver. It's the one part of my routine that I never compromise on. After a frustrating year of getting little to no helpful information, I walked into this center -- and it was the best thing that happened to me. I had been dealing with lower back pain, numbness, and tingling sensations throughout my body, and the acupuncturist at the time (who, unfortunately, is no longer there) understood what I needed more than any doctor or specialist I had seen. She made me feel comfortable, seen, and understood. Thankfully, every woman in this facility -- from the receptionist to each practitioner -- continues to make you feel safe and cared for. In the beginning, I came in weekly; now I visit every month to six weeks for maintenance. I no longer struggle with lower back pain, the numbness rarely shows up, and my body thanks this practice for it. 10/10 -- highly recommend!"
