Testimonials
"Dr. Messerly is a brilliant doctor! He is at the top of the game of patient care using research to inform his practices and advance patient well being. My experience with him and his staff has always been excellent. He explains things and takes time to meet patients where they are at each appointment. He is careful, a highly skilled doctor, and a good human being. I highly recommend he and his practice at Town Center Orthopedics."
"The compassionate, gentle care I received at Town Center Orthopedics was impressive. Dr. Miller offered me surgery vs. cast for my fractured radius and ulna. He was helpful in the decision making process and supported my wish to keep a splint on the left wrist. Madison is my OT now and has been very helpful and gentle in her approach to teaching me the appropriate exercises I need to return to full use of my left wrist. I am a lefty so it is critical that the therapy goes well."
"Always a pleasure meeting with Dr. Pateder. I have great respect and admiration that man. He has helped get me through some very tough times. He has performed 2 surgeries on me. I would not go to anyone else. You will be in GREAT hands if you choose Dr. Pateder. God bless you Dr. P!"
"Great results from Justin and his PT team. I had total reverse shoulder replacement and have come a long way since surgery 11 weeks ago. My strength and range of motion continues to show significant improvement each week, couldn't be happier."
"I've met with and have been treated by both Drs Fleeter and Yildirium, both outstanding physicians. They were both attentive to my issues and concerns. They both discussed my problems and offered sensible option's of care for each case. I would highly recommend either of these Drs or their Orthopedic practice."
"Administratively... this place is an absolute nightmare. I struggle with leaving a 2-star review because I'm good with my doctor (has performed multiple surgeries on me), but the admin. staff is such a mess that I feel a 2-star review is almost generous. Even when you have an urgent issue/need... it is impossible to call one of their offices and get someone on the line that can actually help you. They have an answering service company screening their calls (not just after hours... all day). And when you have an urgent issue even those answering service people don't have a direct line of access to the offices via phone. All they can do is "send a message" and hope/wait for someone in the office to get back to them. It's so bad that I had a surgery scheduled for 7:30AM the next business day (had been scheduled for weeks) and only found out that my surgery wasn't actually scheduled with the hospital until several hours later through a pre-surgery call I got from the nurse at the hospital the day before. This is a pretty important "oversight" by their admin. staff (no one at their office informed me) and is pretty important to know when you're required to arrive 2 hours before, you have children and need to plan for how to have them cared for while you're down, have people that are taking time out of their lives to help you with many things (kids, rides, come to the hospital for support, etc), etc. Point is... patients have plenty to worry about during times like these... and these issues/worries are the last thing they need (not to mention it being a terrible look for them). When I heard about this from the nurse at the hospital we both frantically started calling the offices to get it clarified and neither one of us was able to get through to anyone in the offices for hours. We were only able to talk to the answering service reps. It wasn't until I left a couple pretty heated voicemails that someone actually got back to me. And when they did they call me back they had the nerve to say, "your paperwork does say the surgery time is subject to change". A fair and valid point, but as I told her... it's only fair/valid if you actually inform your patients of the change... obviously. The paperwork definitely doesn't say it's subject to change and "WE WILL NOT NOTIFY YOU IF IT CHANGES". Not sure in what world this person thought this was the best way to respond knowing that no one in their office notified me of the change (something she did confirm was the case). It's utter lunacy. Again, I can't stress enough that my experience with my doctor has been fine (same with his direct nurse practitioner). The problem is 90% of the time you're dealing with their admin. staff.... scheduling regular appointments, scheduling physical therapy appointments, scheduling surgeries, requesting medication refills, questions about surgeries, insurance info regarding surgeries, prep info for surgeries, etc. Their processes are setup in a way that you spend very little time with/talking to your actual doctor. I understand that part... it's only an issue because the people who are handling this other 90% are, quite simply, just bad at it."
"Frustrating Billing Issue Led Me to Cancel My Appointment ------------------------------------------------------------------- I scheduled an appointment at Town Center Orthopedics for ongoing wrist pain. Shortly after, I received a call informing me that my appointment could not be scheduled until I paid a previous balance. The tone of the call felt more like a threat than a helpful reminder. The problem? I had already paid that balance on December 31, 2025--almost 20 days before their call. Despite my explanation, they initially refused to proceed with scheduling. It was only after I pushed back and they searched their own system more thoroughly that they finally located my payment. Twenty days is more than enough time for a payment to be processed and reflected in their records. This experience was stressful and unnecessary. If their billing department had done a proper check before calling, I wouldn't have had to defend a payment I had already made. Ultimately, I decided to cancel my appointment altogether. If they can mismanage something as basic as payment records, how can I trust them to manage my medical care? For patients dealing with pain and seeking timely, reliable treatment, I'd recommend looking elsewhere. My advice to other patients: keep detailed records of all payments, including confirmation numbers and dates. And consider whether a practice that can't keep its billing straight deserves your trust with your health."
"Dr. Yildirim was outstanding. He was efficient, professional, and quickly diagnosed my TFCC correctly. I truly appreciated that he recommended conservative, over-the-counter remedies before suggesting any surgical procedures. I'm very grateful for his care and highly recommend Dr. Yildirim to anyone who needs expert and thoughtful medical attention."
