"I first tried Newark-Wayne PT a couple years ago when other PTs failed for weeks to treat a shoulder injury I had. I got another referral and took it to NWPT, where I saw Megan. I was there for an hour. I spent 20 min filling out the intake papers, Megan spent 30 minutes thoroughly examining my shoulder, and then she had me do 10 minutes of an exercise. And on my way home, I realized my shoulder was just *fixed*. Weeks of pain was just gone in minutes because she took the time to understand. Megan and Bradley have also been excellent with my connective tissue disorder. Both were very well-informed and very careful with examinations. And the receptionist has never been rude. She has always gone to great lengths to help me get appt times that fit my complicated schedule."

"The receptionist at Physical Therapy Benny or Betty is very rude, doesn't greet the patient- at least she doesn't greet me! Very cold. I greeted her and told her my name and appt time and she never acknowledged me or said ok or anything, her window was open and she looked at me but didn't say a word! The rest of the staff are great and always say hello, unlike her "
