"Looks NOTHING like the photos. The food is not fit for dogs. There is not 1 professional employee from nurses on up. It's a DUMP, don't go here. They lie constantly. I've never been nor seen a place this dirty.."

"I didn't have a good experiences I would never get help in my room and they didn't have anyone at the front desk. They were all really mean and would get really mad at me. I wouldn't come here and recommend it to anyone."

"Awful experience seems like everyone is having the same problem here. I was trying to get medical records and they the lady took off for a week. I don't have time to renew my insurance for a week. Absolutely terrible. I would not recommend them."

"Me and my family did not have a good experience with this facility. My grandfather was admitted there for 10 days. Within those days he deteriorated rapidly. Fell the first day he got there. All his belongings are currently missing, was informed by University of MD that he was over medicated, not talking or eating properly and had a UTI upon his arrival.. my grandfather had a unwitnessed fall and possible seizure at this facility which prompted his transfer out. Prior to those 10 days he was in a hospital for two weeks and never fell, seized and was talking fine but just confused due to dementia. There were also bruises inconsistent with falling off a bed. Thank goodness they took him to University of MD, but now he's suffering trying to recover and may not be able to.. don't send your love one here if you can help it.. Sadly we didn't have that luxury.."

"My love one was here for a few hour When She supposedly fell and was rushed to Shock Trauma when I got there to see what happen she was unconscious when she woke up she could not talk when she gained consciousness I I asked her what happen , all said was they pushed me! No one from this Place has contacted me yet about anything that happen or when it happen . I have been calling and have not been able to reach anyone. my love one do not have her purse or any of her belongings. I need some Answers and need to speak to someone!"

"My experience with this place is horrible and unacceptable. My loved one experienced abuse and a great deal of neglect. Unable to feed herself, no one took the time to feed her or give her beverages. My loved one lost a tremendous amount of weight. My loved one fell many times. I heard the staff yelling at other residents and being disrespectful. I witnessed a patient go into cardiac arrest and the staff came together to scheme a lie together. The patient had clearly lost heartbeats. The staff hurriedly moved the client from the community day room to her bed to give the illusion that her hear actually stopped in the room. My loved one has been taken to the ER a few times and my family was not made aware. My loved ones clothes were stolen and never replaced. My loved one was put in an ambulance and sent out on their own. My loved one is non verbal and non ambulatory. It too me almost four hours to find her. Once I found my loved one they was in the hospital ER intensive Care Unit. My loved one has several medical concerns which occurred while being warehoused in this deplorable place. It is not fit for a mangy dog to live in. If you or any one in your life is taken there please fight against it. The staff treat visitors like intruders. I will be notifying the proper people as I now have to make a stand for those people that have no voice of their own. I will continue to fight for these people. Pictures and videos will follow. 05/14/24. Update: my loved one has been hospitalized since December of last year from the neglect and abuse at the hands of this place. It's horrible. The photos are very misleading. I have a team working with me to get justice for all the people. That are currently being mistreated and mentally as well as physical abuse. VENGENACE IS MINE SAITH THE LORD."

"My son was there for 2 1/2 days before he became ill and was transported to a local ER. There is no professionalism patient clothing cabinets are used for employee's personal belongings some of the rooms have shared bathrooms with adjacent rooms and the bathroom looked like it hadn't been clean in months. The staff is slow to answer emergencies and no family member is safe there if they aren't ambulatory"
