"Today my husband had an appointment here. It was suppose to be with Dr. Winnie BUT when we were taken to the examining room we were than informed that we would be seeing the nurse practitioner whom we have never seen before. This us set us because they led us to believe the Dr would be seeing us. We said we would leave if the nurse practitioner was not able to renew my husbands scripts. We as the nurse if she could check. WELL the practitioner walk in with a major attitude are you staying or leaving! I still don't even know her name. We told her what we need and her attitude just continued she took some info got up walked out the door leaving it opened. Proceeded to call the girls in the front and asked if they did not tell us that the Dr wasn't there. Well of course they said they did tell us, well not for nothing with a witch like her I would tell her what I think she wants to hear cause I would not want to hear her fath. She was totally unprofessional. As we were leaving she proceed to accuse my husband of lying we proceed to say we would not be back her response was good we don't need you here anyway. Way to go njp"
