"Dr. Kim is wonderful, he listens and lays out all your options! His treatment plan helped improve my mobility and independence tremendously. However there are several communication issues within the practice that have resulted in my delayed care and regression. When I questioned the staff about my need for help, they apologized and said that they didn't really know what to do because it is not a situation they handle often. When I reach out to the front staff, they never seem to understand what I need although I've spoken to the same person (Diandra) numerous times. She is continuously unprofessional and lacks any empathy towards my situation always placing blame on the doctor, other departments and insurance carrier. It seems the manager's never available. Unfortunately, the one person(Laryssa) that seems to know what is going on is in the billing department and so swapped with other cases that she forgets what our conversations entailed when I call to follow up. Highly disappointed and upset that I am falling through the cracks because they cannot do their part in following through and communicating."

"This place is terrible. First I waited 20 minutes for my appointment. Then the doctor took a call during my appointment. Super unprofessional. After my test results came back, instead of calling me and telling me, the doctor went on vacation (days after he had the results) and I had to wait a week to hear back from them. Had to call them multiple times to get answers. It takes multiple phone calls to them to actually get anything done. Highly recommend not going here."
