Deborah practices a very specific style (trigger point) which is very different from others I've tried, and way more effective imho. "If I could come here every day I would! Deborah is unlike any acupuncturist that I have ever worked with...and I've been to many. Her presence itself is calming - she is incredibly friendly, kind, patient, and truly curious about what is going on with YOU - and her technique is super effective. Oh, and I did I mention the space is BEAUTIFUL?! Holistico is clean, fresh, and so relaxing. The infrared sauna is a nice treat before or after your treatment. (I'd recommend before if it's available so that you can already be a big ball of mush by the time you get on the table...you'll get a robe so that you can shuffle on over to the treatment room without having to pull your jeans back onto sweaty legs.)
