"Two issues: disappointing care and incompetent billing. Care: After several months in Dr. Singh's care I am no better and have given up on her. What was most bothersome other than no results is her misplaced confidence every step of the way, stating that every next treatment -- including very high cost procedures not covered by insurance -- would work. And then seemed surprised when I reported no improvement. I ended up spending thousands out of pocket for zero reduction in knee pain. Maybe there is a reason insurance does not cover certain things that she was telling me to do... I feel she could have been more honest about the chances a treatment would work. Billing: To add to my issues was the billing procedures. Carefully monitor your insurance Explanation of Benefits and compare to what you were charged, because I had to get the billing office here to correct overcharges. Made worse by the fact that they do not bill you normally - when you make your first copay they store your credit card without your consent and just charge it automatically! I've never had a doctor do that before. And maybe it would be OK if they didn't overcharge. In short, it just felt like this place is most interested in getting as much money from you as possible by recommending high cost treatments that don't work."
