"Referral by PCP to Dr. Chase made the appointment online. Received a call day before my appointment telling me the provider does not treat my area of concern. I was okay with that just assumed my PCP office was not aware. Received a phone call a few days later from office very nice friendly woman wish I had her name. But she informed me I could see another provider at the location and scheduled me. Unfortunately my tire went on my way to the visit but I called to inform them and was told to still come there would be a 15 minute grace period. I arrived 9 mins late to the building but there was no parking and had to drive around for a while until someone came out. By the time I got inside to the office it was 11:00 exactly appointment was at 10:45. I did my check in was told would have to reschedule appt. Was at 10:45. I informed them that I had called and was told to still come so they said there was an 11:15 so I could be seen at that time. I was given paperwork to sign amd when I asked why I had to fill it out I was told because I was a new patient. However I had already filled out the paperwork online which is why I was asking why I had to fill it out. The front desk person handling me and the person next to him are not patient friendly just the attitudes did not seem welcoming more like I was a bother an inconvenience and made a face when I questioned filling out the paperwork and said I filled it out already, person next to him says just put refused to fill out which wasnt correct at all I was not refusing to fill it out I was questioning why it needed to be completed again. But I just sat and waited for my turn. Got called back rather quickly by Nicki who was very pleasant and nice. Went for Xray both were friendly did not get their names. Dr. Rhim moved quickly but was nice as well. Checkout process was great don't have their names but they were twins very sweet as well and helpful. Overall visit went well great staff so far that ive delt with. With rhe exception of the first two staffers encountered."

"I went to this office after my doctor referred me for foot/ankle pain and told me to come here for a MRI. My appointment was at 5:00 PM, and I live 35 minutes away. Driving during rush hour traffic, I arrived at 5:13. Before I even walked in, I received a strange phone call that lacked basic manners. When I entered the office, I was met with an extremely rude front desk employee who didn't even say hi. To make it worse, two staff members in the back openly laughed at me because I was late. I had no idea I was the last appointment of the day, and regardless, that behavior was completely unprofessional. I work in customer service myself, in high-stress restaurant environments, and I would never treat someone the way I was treated here. Acting annoyed, mocking a patient, and taking out job frustration on someone seeking medical care is unacceptable. Then I received news that I don't need na MRI which was the entire reason I came. I'm never coming here again and never referring anyone here."
